Terms and conditions

These terms govern the design, branding, packaging, web, ecommerce, social media and graphic design services provided by Novo Creativo S.A.C.

Proposals and scope

Each project follows the proposal approved by the client, which details deliverables, review rounds, timelines and investment.

Payments

Unless stated otherwise, projects start with a deposit and the balance is paid before final files are delivered.

Intellectual property

Once paid in full, the client receives usage rights to the approved final designs.

Portfolio

Novo Creativo may share completed work in its portfolio and social media unless a written confidentiality agreement exists.
